Government giving us free money

what do you think about the extra money the government is gonna give us this year on our taxes? have you heard about it yet? It says Individual tax payers will get an extra 600 dollars to spend on whatever you want and working couples will get 1200 dollars. And those with children an extra 300 dollars per child. Will you spend it on stuff you want or will you spend it on bills? They say the want us to spend it in stores and what not to help the economy. Thats why they are giving us this free money. Most likely I will be paying bills as Im behind in them. :(

I will pay the bills for sure. I know its not free money but its like free money because usally w never see it again! I think we should recieve these checs between may and july i can't wait.

We all hate bills, but that is just the way. Thats OK, we spend our money and we just go to work and make more. I used to think I was working for special things, luxury items and things that I dreamed about, now I have learned I work to be able to eat.

It is not exactly free money. The money is excess tax money that the government has not used. It is ours to begin with. I am glad they are giving it to the taxpayers instead of wasting it on govermental issues that don't concern us.
I think most people will pay bills with the money. Times are hard and I hear most people saying they are behind in their bills. It is a shame. I would love to see the taxpayers get the money and go blow it all on whatever they want not what they need.

its about time they use the extra money on stuff besides helping the homeless and such right?

I wouldn't mind them using the money on the homeless, if they would teach them a trade and force them to work and earn a living. I do have a problem with the welfare system the way it is and all of the people who get disability that are more capable of working than some of the disabled people that I know that go to work every day.

Well of course I'll believe it when I actually see the check. But if it does come through we'll probably use it towards our vacation this summer. Or we'll just pay bills with it!

I am way excited about this. I should get $900 i think. I have one kid and am single. I don't know what I will use it for.
