Adoption, would you be willing to do foster care?

My husband and I adopted our daughter from Guatemala. Since we have adopted her the program is now suspended for now. We want more children. We have tried so much with fertility. So, if you were in my shoes would you do foster care? We really want a couple more children. WE don't want our daughter to grow up alone. We would definately adopt again if we had someone here just wanting to give their child up for adoption. But, if not we would do foster care. There are so many children out there that need a home. Anyone that has done foster care would you do it again if you had the opportunity?
