Exodus in Paypal

Some ptc sites I was involved informed me of their transfer of money processors from paypal to alertpay due to paypal's limiting their accounts!
It is an exodus of sort. If Alertpay limit their accounts, where will they go to?

Can you explain little more what you post means. It seems important but I have never used paypal or anything like that so I would like to know more. Kindly expand little more on what you've written. Thanks...

Thanks for the information. But why do you think paypal is blocking accounts when they have allowed people to open account with them?
Is it because ppl are not using it or they are unable to provide customers to ppl anymore. Anyway, thanks for the information.

Probably Alert pay is their best choice... anyways there are already many choices
