How do you start your day in the morning?

Before I start my morning i make sure i brush my teeth, also important i shower and have my breakfast. i also at times start of with a hot cup of coffee. well sometimes i skip it that's if i'm busy and have to go to work. or sometimes i sleep in heavy during my day offs and don't like to be disturbed hehe! well i'm pretty sure some of you have your ways to start your mornings? what are they?

Hey! After the shower, brushing teeths etc..I love to enjoy my hot coffee..without that..I cannot start the day. I usualy don't take breakfast in the morning, but the coffee it's a must ! I live mornings..it's my favorite part of the day! Ciao!

I am married and we start our day the same same...she sleeps in and i get up early and fix my own food but I take pill my doctor prescribed..Meridia..and it so far I lost a lot of fat in my stomach area...plus i go to the YMCA and swim and work out for four hours..but since my wife got back from the PI..she has been very sick so I stay home trying to help her...but I am not sleeping in as much as I used to as I like to swim in the Ymca but the last few days i have slept a lot just to ease my wife's discomfort as this is all she does and who can refuse a woman in need"?
When I was younger and would party..the next morning I would always be very frisky in bed but that was a few years ago and things change when you get older...the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak..so i go to the gym and take a lot of exercise and swimming and go in the sauna and whirlpool to ease the pain...thats my main part of the day..and now I have my computer in my basement and this takes a lotof time too to make ten bucks...lol

Me and you can relate in some ways. But there are times I skip breakfast and have a late brunch. But when I wake up I brush my teeth with baking soda mixed with colgate whitening, i'll have a cup of coffee, take my multi-vitamins with milk, hop on the treadmill for a good 30 - 45 minutes max - really helps to start the day. Then afterwards I will go start work during the noon time.
