How to keep calm before the exam?

Lazy student - He is too tired and sleepy, like me :p

I will have an important exam next week. I am very anxious. Could you help me?

their is a herbal remedy that you can get called "kalms" that you can get from boots or any pharmacy, it helps to relax you. without making you drowsy. it is very effective, i take it for exams or university presentations, and when i have to travel. also before the exam i recommend going to the toilet, i always find that going into the exam without having that worry helps just that little bit more.

I think that if you have prepared for the exam sufficiently , you will have the confidence . Then you won't feel anxious . Take it easy . Believe yourself you can do well .

trully ,review is essential as rifat put it.this calms you down and give your confidence. secondly,trying to get enough sleep this week,so that you won't be very tired and can get more energy. comfort yourself in your mind ,don't let the importance of the exam disturb you.just regard it as an usual one.i think you've taken many exams before,haven't you? take proper exerise and entertainment.be careful when doing the exam paper. Good luck!

Oh, I think I stayed up late and slept only a little :p Thank you very much ^__________^ You're right ;) I must go to bed right now :D You made me feel calm more ^^ (sorry for my terrible English, I am Vietnamese and I'm learning Russian :p)

Drink 8 glasses of water and have 8hrs sleep a day. While feeling stress, take a long breath in, hold it for 6 seconds, and exhale completely by 8 seconds.Close your eyes and recall your greatest achievements and successes.Hear music only which is able to remove stress and can motivate you. Tell yourself that you can win the examinations. Offer prayer which can also calm your mind. best of luck.
