I stay stressed and burnt out all of the time. All I do is work all of the time to help pay the bills. I don't have time to sit and enjoy life like I would like to. I hope it all changes some day soon. I just keep working and trying to better my life and hopefully some day it will all pay off to me.

Thank you. I try so hard to find some time in my day to sit back and relax but it is so hard because I work alot and have alot of stresses and worries. I also have to make time for my husband and my daughter too. I also have yard work, house work, bills to pay, and so much more. It is hard to fit it all in one day for some of it. I stay so busy trying figure out how to better our life so we can sit back and enjoy it some day, I hope.

like i said earlier you know we never have time for anything in life until we create time, you will be surprised that you may never get time to rest until you make time for it and i also think the best way to do this is toi look out for programs that take less time but pay higher, how about that?

well since you said you are always at home ,i think you should try as much as possible to remain psychologically balanced always look to the brighter side of life ,reading good inspiring books can also help[ if you love to read ,you can also watch good movies and commedies but i tell you the best way is still to hang out with people who are true friends cos they help a lot

I have been feeling like that too. I have just kinda kept it bottled up inside me for a little while now. My cousin called this morning and I vented to her and I feel much better now. I told her I was so sorry I vented to her and she said it was no problem because she vented to me too. We just talked about our problems and what we were going to try to do to fix them. I do feel much better now and I feel like a lot has been lifted off me just because I talked to someone about it. So I guess when I get stressed out or burnt out then it makes me feel better to talk to someone.

It is a good idea for me to watch a favorite movie or new film that I have not seen before. Listening to music might uplift my mood and dancing is great for stress relief. Taking my dogs out for a very long walk along the beach makes me feel happier. Going for a bike ride can release much stress. Meeting up with friends can be great. Taking vitamin pills daily, enjoying a relaxing warm bath and reading a wonderful book can make me feel good. I am glad that you have made some new friends that are an inspiration for you.

some how with the stress and the constant thinking about bills and other payable things, i am feeling a bit burn out this past few days. my guy then plans for us to have a special weekend to relax and enjoy ourselves to get away from all that stress.i'd albe filing leave for friday and we'd spend the day at home, watch a movie at night and maybe a fancy dinner. i also wanted to go an amusement park and ride like we're kids having so much fun. i'm getting really excited and it makes the week fly fast.

bills are one pain in the neck especially when its getting to the end of the month but the best we can do about them is to try as much as we can to minimise unnecessary expenses and increase our income tehn the outing is something i do sometimes when i just want to get away from the usual things of life, wish you guys a great time and come back with good postings
