I enjoy the mysteries/romances that James Patterson writes. I am currently reading "Double Cross" by him and enjoying it greatly. I also enjoy Mitch Albom's books. (spelling of last name could be wrong, sorry) He wrote great books and I hope to see more soon. For a college class I had to read "Thirteen Moons" and I really enjoyed it as well. I can't think of the authors name off the top of my head, but I know he also wrote "Cold Mountain." I had to read it for a US History class, so I thought it would be horrible, but it was easy to follow and had good story lines. I recommend it to you.

I have tons of favourites... so many that I find myself staying within that block and not stepping outside the box to read other authors. When I do step outside the box I am pleasantly surprised and realize I have been missing out on a lot. I have read some Sidney Sheldon. I also like Lawrence Sanders, Andrew M. Greeley, Sue Grafton, Joy Fielding, Ed McBain, Maeve Binchy and Belva Plain. I could go on and on as to writers that I have read more than once and will continue to watch out for, but those above are authors I will not pass up on reading one of their books.

My favorite novel writer is Ken Follett, he’s my very first favorite. Until I found the novels of Robert Ludlum who wrote my favorite movie of all time – the Bourne movies. I also like Judith McNaught for romance categories. Oh she’s a wonderful writer. Try looking for this authors, you’ll have fun reading their novels. I never tried reading of your favorite’s books but I recognize them of course.

I really like Shel Silverstein and Phyllis Reynolds Naylor. Phyllis Reynolds Naylor is really my all time favorite because I grew up reading her books and such as Shiloh and the Alice Series. I also hear that there will be a new movie based on her Alice books staring Lucas Grabeel from High School Musical, Alyson Stoner and Luke Perry.

I've loved Dean Koontz for years but I also really like F. Paul Wilson's Repairman Jack series. I wish Wilson would write faster!
