You can loose a lot of weight and inches using the hula hoop. Dancers use hula hoops to stay fit and in shape. Using a weighted hula hoop ten minutes a day everyday you loose two inches a month from your waist.
Everybody lets hula hoop. Weighted hula hoops are the best.

I love Hula Hoop.Last summer I tried to use hula hoop for twenty minutes everyday in order to lose my weight,and insisting for one month , surprisely I found that I loose ten pounds.
so,for those friends who want to lose weight,why not use hula hoop?
