Congratulations!!! September is a good month to get married. My husband and I got married on September 6, my Dad on September 16th, and a friend of ours on the twenty-second of Septembr. You picked a good month.

congrats! its good for you planning ahead. you won't regret it. Most people I know planned a year or at least six months ahead, they look less stressful than the ones planning less than six months ahead.

congratulations! usually it's the venue booking that forces us to nail down a date. you've got plenty of time to plan so that's great too. take your time and enjoy the process. there may be a few things that get you down along the way, especially since planning a wedding requires lots of communication and compromise between you and your fiance on expectations and budget. still enjoy the ride! remember it's the marriage that matters, not the wedding. :)
