Not so long ago she was less than 12cm, she is now 7 years old, and it is so amazing, how much she has grown... She reasons beyond her age at times... I remember one morning I was tkaing her to school she was about two years old, she said to me "mommy, the moon comes out at night right?" and I said "yes it does" then she said (pointing to the sky), "mommy what is that?" "That is the moon, but it is day" ... Of course I was dumfounded and then proceeded to explain, but at 2, that was an amazing observation. To date her brain works like a questionnaire... I have to be very careful...

lol..your 7 year old sounds just like mine! Oh yes, how time flies! It's wonderful to see my older son with his 1 year old brother. He mothers (or should it be fathers? lol that doesn't sound right!) him and explains things to him (as if he would understand).

It is absolutely amazing. I remember holding all my boys minutes after they were born. I was proud then and I still am, not matter what they do. I look at my eldest, 10 and he is getting so tall and so grown up, he has always amazed me. Around thanksgiving, we were driving to visit family and we smelt a skunk on the road, after a few minutes talking about it my 7 year old said "I don't smell a putresence smell" After a few seconds of my wife and I staring in disbelief, he added "You don't know what I mean by putresence smell, do you?"

that's what i feel too when everytime i watch my daughter growing..i also remembered those days that she's still inside my womb, talking to her..and now she's already 3yrs old, very active, very talkative, she wanted to immitate all what i'm doing, she loves to do some of the household chores, my daughter really love to ask anything that sometimes i cant really explain anything to her..lol

My oldest daughter just turned 7 this month. Wow, how time flies! I know exactly what you are talking about. For some reason 7 sounds so much older than 6 to me. Just wait... before we know it they will be 13!
