This diet is really working. I blog everyday and include what I ate that day. I post how much I weigh and how many calories I ate. It's inspirational to know that the world wide web is reading how much I weigh. Makes you want to get that number down.

You will have to change something. I am counting calories. Just try adding excercise everyday. You have to jolt your system.

I am counting calories I've never done that before. I'm also blogging About it daily. I've posted my weight on there also. I find it inspirational to know I'm gonna tell the whole word how much I ate that day. It Keeps you in check. I love how I feel when I lose weight too.

Yeah, it's a good incentive to work hard at it. Congrats on losing. I have lost about 5 pound in 3 weeks- a slow start, but it's something. What is your diet plan, if you don't mind my asking?

Just counting calories and watching what I eat. I try to work out but don't always. I seem to lose weight easily when I put my mind to it.

damn thats sweet, keep it up. If i may give a good advice i learnt from my mom. Eat ALOT of fresh food, the more the better. The reason to do this is because alot of enzymes are destroyed when food is prepared, when that happens the body over-absorbs stuff because its searching for enzymes and stuff that it needs therefore being a big cause of gaining weight. Yes, that is good advice. I love salads. Cucumbers are my fave. Another piece of advice, pickles. They are a great filler food and not that many calories.
