What would you do if you see a man hit a women in public????

I try to stop what is going on because no need in hitting him even though i would want to. If i hit him and she doesn't press charges against him then i go to jail and he goes home with the women he hit.

I would stop and run him over with my car.. then get out smf dsy u do it again and next time you won't breathe another day to lay a hand on someone...

not a bad idea...just were gloves...no prints or dna if there new...or not yours and they dont fit in a court of law.

I'd try to stop it. A man hitting a women is unacceptable. There is always a chane ce that the women will turn on you too though as someone stated above. Because in situations like this, sometimes the woman is still with the man becuase of things like her not wanting to break up a family and things like that. I may stop it, but to her I'm the bad guy. Still, I'd still stop it.

1st I'd call the police. Then I'd try to find some other people in the area to help me get the woman away from the man. Even if I couldn't find anyone to help me, I would go to the woman and ask her if she wanted my help to get away. Sometimes getting in the middle of a fight like this can make you the bad person and both people will turn on you. If you intefere in a fight like this, always ask if your help is wanted and give yourself an opportunity to get away. And always call the police.

Ya, a domestic problem is always touchy..even the police dont like dealing with it cuz its the most dangerous of their calls..But stil if I saw some dude beatin down a women....better hope to God ...I cant get to ya...

if such a thing happen in front of me i will rescue the women and will beat the man who hit her. it is no doubt that i will call the police for more help.

Call the cops, try to help if possible while waiting for them to arrive, enlisting the help of others nearby. I would stay until the cops arrived then see if the woman wants or needs to talk. Give her some phone numbers for counselors and shelters which I keep in my purse.
