Agter passing my first Microsoft exam(Win 2003 Server) i received my MCP welcome kit..now i have completeed MCSA with four exams, do i get a MCSA welcome Kit???.....

I think u sud contact your institute for welcome kit, and remind them regarding this, thier may be chances that they have sent u the kit but it is received by someone else.....
