I don't think so. I like to picture ghosts like Casper. They all sit around or hang out with each other plotting new ways to scare the living. LoL Cute discussion. You need sleep =)

I wouldn't think the other ghost would get scared. (I relate it to a person seeing another person.) But if the ghost didn't know that he was a ghost and then saw a ghost, maybe he would be scared. Did you follow that? lol
