people away from home miss their families even more when festivals come along.in our country, the most royal festival is Spring Festival(everybody puts on their best clothes on Chinese New Year's day.people pay visits to relatives and friends, and give children red packets),
then Lantern Festival,
Pure Brightness Day---is an occasion for people to offer sacrifices to their ancestors,
Dragon Boat Festival---people row out onto their local river and throw bits of bamboo into the water,
MId-autumn Festival---everybody goes home to have moon cakes and enjoy family life,
Double Ninth Festival---Chinese people customarily go mountain climbing, eat cakes, drink wine and admire chrysanthemums.
