one dream after anther

When I was tired , I always can't sleep well . Because I would have a dream after , it did't stop the whole night . It makes me puzzled .
Can you tell me why ? or what can I do ?

When you are tired, all your nervous system get relaxed, and your mind searches for anything that will make it still active, buy so doing tiredness makes it search as multi activities, which makes you don/t sleep well and you can even have nightmares which will not even relate to anything of yours, thx
