I watch tv and movies alot,my question for ya'll Do ya'll think they shouldn't televise the awards shows? I don't because if the celebs aren't going to be there what's the point in wasting my time watching? It really aggrevates me that the people that make so much money and depend on normal people to watchtheir programs could care less how it affects us.From now on I'm watching reality and shows that aren't re-runs unless it's time.

hi livin!
so many things are going on in the showbiz world. there is so much money involved. well, i have to agree with you, if there are not celebrities in the awards show, what good will it be? there would be nothing good to it. so why should people watch it and why would they bother televising it?
thanks and God bless!

If you are referring to the writers of CBS and the Writers guild of America (WGA). Well sad to say its true, they are on strike and because of this event most of the shows are rerun. The writers are protesting for a compensation regarding their shows over the internet. Once a show is broadcast over the internet writers are not been paid and that will be unfair for them because of the Intellectual Property Rights Law. They are still in the process of negotiation but as for now there is still no clear agreement between the management and the writer. So weather we like it or not there will be no new shows that will be aired until the conflict is settle.
Just enjoy the reality show because that show don't need writers to run.
