After gym,beer is better than water?

Hello,Friends! Researchers have found that a glass of beer is far better at re-hydrating the body after exercise than water.the carbon dioxide in the beer helps quench the thirst more quickly. it will surely encourage sportsmen to opt for beer in the field.cheers for beer companies.welcome discussion.

That's bulls*** ...It may help to quench the feeling of thirst, but that doesn't help the fact that after gym, your body needs salt and water... Please don't spread such stupid news as it may endanger other people's lives
