Hello,Friends! The US researchers have reached to a conclusion that spending ten minutes talking to another person helps improve the memory.a friend or a neighbour may help you stay sharp just as much as a daily cross word--you only need to talk to him for ten minutes every day.it is a good news for the children .welcome for discussion.

Well, a couple things come to mind. So, talking like this on the computer does or does not count?
Also,as I have worked with the elderly, I can see where this could be of benefit. How many people out there will engage in a 10 minute conversation with an elderly neighbor, relative, or even someone in a store. Not just a five minute hi-bye.
And if anyone with kids is truly honest, how often do you have a nice long 10 minute conversation with your kid? Maybe lots of conversation in one day, but 10 minutes straight?
