Moneybrookers - alternative to paypal?

With all the problems that are going on with paypal, ptcs are looking for alternative to paypal. Although most are going with alertpay, some are also considering moneybrookers. Moneybrookers does not charge for receiving money but charges a small fee for sending money and that is the reason some ptcs rather work with alertpay because the person receiving the money is the one paying for it.
