You can try at EBAY.COM OR INDIATIMES.COM.
You can get here atleat your choice of rates.
Just to at this sites and subscribe and go to seller site, then just fill all choices which you want to seller rules -for example - How money you want-by cheque, by D/D., by cash or by creditcard.

There are so many places you can go online it's ridiculous. In my experience, newegg has never let me down. They always have super quick shipping and low prices. I have never used tiger direct personally, but I have heard good things. Ebay is a little sketchy however, but might be a better choice if you're on a budget. I would definately check out newegg first.

I use newegg, I've been shopping there for a few years and I have spent well over a thousand dollars on tons of different orders. The first item I bought from there was actually some RAM for my old Dell.

either ebay if you can grab a bargain,
or crucial.com for usa
or crucial.com/uk for england.
easy search facility, good prices. some of the older pc memory is a bit more pricey but current ram is a steal
