I saw the movie white noise, and I had nightmares for about a month after that. I almost always have nightmares after seeing a scary movie. I completely refuse to see the excorcist. No sir (or ma'am) I won't do it. Do you ever get nightmares? Better yet, have you seen the excorcist?

No, I've never had nightmares about movies (I've only had about four nightmares in my entire life), but Ringu terrified me and The Fear still lingers! I sometimes get creeped out in the shower after watching Ju-on.... ew, hand!
I've seen the Excorsist, didn't think much of it. My mother banned me from watching it (religious persuasions...) so I didn't get chance to see it until I was 18. I was really let down :(

i rarely watch horror movies- not because i'll get nightmares but because i'll be too afraid to sleep alone in my room. i'll keep thinking of the movie or that something is there in my room and will disturb me, things like that. so I always try to avoid watching scary movies. i can't remember when was the last time i watched one haha. i'd rather watch chick flicks ;p

The only movies that get me are ones that I can relate to. Amityville Horror got me scared because it took place in a home, and I would think about the movie at night and it would freak me out. Something like Saw doesn't give me nightmares.
