Driving Laws in Virginia how do you feel about the fines for State people

In the state fo VA if you live here you can be fined $300 a year for 4 years for tickets even on a bike And how does that make you feel??

Yes, I live in Virginia and those new penalties suck. Luckily, the legislature is right now considering removing the extra fines and going back to normal.
