For all you people either currently attending college or have been in college, this question is for you. When registering for classes, when would you try to take your classes? Did you prefer classes early in the morning, late at night, or at some other times? Did you take weekend classes as well?
For me, it was always easier to take classes in the afternoon. I did not like waking up early and I don't like being at school very late. Now, in Grad school, some of my classes are later because it's the only time they are available, but it's not too bad.

I'm currently at Virginia Tech. I try to schedule all my classes close together, so I don't have to keep goin to and from campus all day long. I don't have any weekend classes and if you have to take classes on Friday make sure they are in the morning. As far as morning or afternoon. I like morning classes, that way tou can get them out of the way for the day.

I will always choose morning classes.
Thats the time I am fresh and can do things even if I don't want to.(I don't like studying)
SO better get the studying job done in morning itself.
But when it comes to something else than studying like learning guitar or dance classes I will go for afternoon or evening classes.
I am more at peace at these times of a day.
And would love to end a day such beautifully by danceing or playing good guitar.

I dont really have any other time to do my study but on weekends, I work and get back late because of traffic jams from Mon to Fri so weekend is the only ideal time for me.

id rather take classes in the morning. a lot of student think its easier to have classes later in the day thinking they wont miss them because of oversleeping, but i think it doesnt matter how late in the day you schedule, you'll still sleep in until the last minute. i had a night class once and i hated it. i try to get all my classes overwith before 1 in the after noon, that way while a lot of my friends still have classes it give me time to do other stuff for myself, like study, workout or work at my student job for a little.

Morning on Weekdays is the best way to attend classes I feel. Many of my fellow classmates too feel the same.

I take mine online, because that's the only way I can actually get to them! Now that I've gotten used to it, I just can't see going back to face-to-face classes. As long as I log in and participate on at least 3 different days each week, no matter what time of day it is, I'm doing great. I'd estimate that I spend a total of maybe 3 hours a week on each of my classes. I'm a senior, so these are all upper level courses.
When I did take "regular" classes, I wasn't a morning person but I did prefer morning classes. They let me get past that part of the day and go on to other things. My mind was clear and fresh for class, too.
I had to take evening courses when I was working and later, because that's the only time some of my classes were offered. Every single one of my professors had a terrible tendency to run late, because they didn't have another class coming in after the evening class. I really hated that.
I took a Saturday course one time, and only one time! I needed to take a science course that was always full in the evenings. It as a 4-hour lecture (8am to noon) followed by a 30-minute lunch break, then the lab for at least 2 hours. That was horrible. There was just too much information to take in, the tests were harder to study for, 8am seems earlier on Saturday than during the week, and most of my Saturday was just GONE.
