so perhaps everyone has dropped me from their friends list..but it is so strange...in the past 3 days I have only had one email alert that any of my friends have started a new discussion...I really try to respond to all of your discussions when I can...so I am sorry if I have offended anyone by not being here..the only other explanation would be a glitch in the system...as I checked the discussions and their are some from my friends that I never got alerted to...:( I will try to be a better responder..but we have just been inundated with illness in our family ( flu is here!) and my job has been crazy and short handed from those that are also sick...have you had this experience before...where you go from 10-12 discussions a day to none from your friends? Did it make you feel badly?

Well, I haven't dropped you my friend! I don't get on here as often now, and I haven't posted a discussion in months, but I try to come back once in a while. I saw your discussion in my inbox, so here I am!
I understand where you are coming from - my husband was rushed to hospital last week with a suspected heart attack, which turned out to be angina, but we were at sixes and sevens for days because of it. We can only do what we can do, so don't worry about not being here all the time. I do it because I enjoy it, so when and if it becomes a burden, then it's time to quit!

I am so sorry to hear of your scare with your husband...that is never an easy time. I am happy to hear it is angina rather than a heart attack..but hope that isn't worrying you further about other issues!!! It is always good to hear from you and your words are so true....By the way, my little granddaughter that was adopted last September is such a delight...her club foot has been casted and she gets around in that cast like it isn't even there..She loves her new family and we couldn't be happier with her...I'll have to post a picture in a PM to you sometime!!! I know what you mean, except I'm working not not sick (thank God!)...but I'm serving this evening, so that might change (I hope not!).
I don't believe we know each other, but I do hope you and your family get feeling better soon. If your friends don't understand that you have other priorities, they are not really your friends now are they?
Speaking of friends, some of mine are waiting for responses to my own thread about being out of myLot for a while.

Let's hope serving doesn't bring you any exposure of the latest "bugs"...here in Seattle it seems everyone is experiencing a little of it...personally I have avoided it..and working in pharmacy that is difficult..but my family has really been under the weather...especially my grandkids...they are so little and it breaks my heart to see them so sick!!

Hi. Welcome back. Alot of my friends have become inactive I believe unless some of them deleted me. I was away for 6 months from Nylot but i am back now. I try to be active here also but I earn my money online and don't have alot of time each day to spend in Mylot. I went from several pages of email alerts down to hardly nothing also. I now have new friends here though and now my email inbox fills up again. I didn't feel bad because I have to make a living and my family has to come first.

My email was full everyday for months..then I just missed about a month and everyone dropped off..I don't blame them...if someone isn't responding to you why keep them on your active list ( although I do keep everyone!) Thanks for the welcome back..

So was mine and I just couldn't keep up with it at all. I have to earn online and had found other places to earn from that took alot of my time. I like Mylot though not just for the earnings but I have to work to help my family so I chose to do it from home online. I used to work outside of the home too. I kept all of my friends also. I did just delete one of them I recently got though because they were very rude and started harrassing mein private messages. I was away for about 6 months from Mylot and just recently came back to try to work it in my daily schedule online. You are very welcome for my welcoming you back. It is good to see you here.

Hi rx4life, I've been gone quite a bit the last few months myself. Mostly due to long hours at work and trying to get some of the chores around the house done. I sorry to hear that there has been illness in your family, I've probably been seeing the same bug going around my work. I would think that most my friends would have dropped me because I haven't been around Mylot much at all in the past 6 months but most are still on my list including yourself. I'm thankful to still have the names on my list that I do, I know a few dropped me but I understand, I haven't been here.

Hey good to hear from you, Terry..I think I mistook the fact that there are lots of folks in my same situation...busy and/or sick/or just living real life..for me not hearing from the usuals in my day!!! But there was something changed radically in one day...my inbox went from full at myLot to totally empty with no alerts...now the same people start discussions and the alert is working again!! Thanks and again...nice to hear from you!

Well, honestly.. I dont use the alert when responding to my friends. I just look at the discussions my friends started. I think there is no reason to feel bad. I have some good friends here. There are times that the alert message do not reach the e-mail. I dont know the reason for that. Whatever it is I believe that that is something that we cant do anything about.

We all get behind at some point. Our lives offline take up much of our time. Sometimes getting online is a luxery. I know I do get behind. I try as much as I can to catch up, but it is not always easy. Usually I try to respond to at least one discussion for each friend to let them know i'm still here. Than when I get time I do all my "catch Ups". We all have to relize some have more time to spend online than others.

well to say , its since long then i had posted here at mylot , not because i dont like this sites and its services and all but due to hectic schedule of ma professional life i am facing , hope to get rid out of it as soon as possible presently m not posting too much on mylot , but from today onwards i oath to post at least 10-20 post per day to get satisfactory amount at the end of the month to pay ma broadband bills.
