I am working on my PTR and PTC sites. And start to think about the issues between ptc sites and paypal. I think, when people want take a risk to by a membership or a package of referrals I feel that is not paypal fault. It is your own fault if you want to take the risk. There are sites that do pay and now are getting refused by paypal which in my opinion are better to use than other payment processors that take fees for withdrawal. Since many turn to paypal in order to get refunds of their buying in those ptc sites that have offers of memberships and referral packages, Paypal are now refusing those sites. So now, all the legit PTC sites turn to payment processors who take fee´s from you when you withdraw your money. I think if this are going to happen with PTR sites to, it will no longer be worth to request payments until you have enough to pay for the fee´s when you withdraw your money to your bank account.
What do you think about this? How do you feel? Is it really paypal you should turn to when complaining on PTC sites when you are not satisfied with what you have bought from them?

Today I have spent some time to take a look at Alertpay and Moneybookers, I ended up and registered to both of them, and for E-gold. I thought it was the best to do in this situation. I do not like to pay fee´s to get the money I have earned for free. But if it has to be this way, I have no chose. I just feel it is a sad thing that paypal has to do this, even if I do understand why they do it. In the end it showes that paypal is a great payment processor.
