Fair Tax Idea

Without knowing all of the details, I must say I think it's a good idea. If everyone paid taxes on what they buy instead of what they earn and a refund or rebate or whatever they choose to call it were given so nobody would be paying a tax on their essential expenses, I can't think of any more fair way to do it. I just wish a candidate who wasn't a total fruitcake in most every other way would propose a similar idea! Annie

The problem with Huckabee is his immigration policy. It's exactly the same as a few other candidates, except he left off one little detail. The fact that while he was governor, he tried to push through a law allowing illegal immigrants' children (also illegal immigrants) to receive federal money and scholarships in order to go to college. I don't know about you, but if that's how he feels about illegal immigrants, I'm not voting for him. My children shouldn't have to compete with illegals for money for college.
