I am vegetarian but mostly fruit-arian. It would be very hard for me to pick up only one fruit. Maybe my favorite is lemon. I add lemon to almost everything I eat.
I am addicted to lemon.

I eat mostly fruits. It is hard to pick only one. I add lemon to my veggie, my tea and also to other fruits.

Papaya... rare I get to eat those. I have an aunt that is filipino and every once in a while I get to have some when she goes to her market. Avacado I use in smoothies (my wife makes em... asked why green and almost didn't drink it) but I don't think I'd eat them. Yes they are a fruit.
Cranberries... ah the tart sensation of cranberries. Love those too.

There are many fruits that I like but if I had to choose one it would be an apple; an English grown Cox's Orange Pippin, the finest apple in the world, if you haven't tasted these then you haven't experienced the full delight possible in apples.
all the best urban

I love just about all fruits, but my favorite is watermelon. I can't wait until the spring so I can buy it again. I eat it just about every day from spring through fall. In the winter I eat more oranges and bananas, but I want watermelon.lol

The perfect fruit... and as long as the kinky stuff in your other post didn't influence this question we are good.
No seriously... if you watch when athletes are eating (tennis players especially) you will notice it is a bite of banana. Tiger woods also eats bananas when he is on the golf course.
If it's good enough for him it's good enough for me.

I think I would choose a pineapple if it was the only fruit I could eat. It's full of flavor, especially the fresh ones. Not only that it also helps take the bad cholesterol out of your system and makes you healthier. Just love the taste of it and it's so easy to cut a fresh pineapple.

oh this is a difficult question to answer... there are so many wonderful fruits.
after a recent discussion I answered however I might be inclined to say sweet cherries. Though mangos really get my mouth watering, and some sort of citrus I know would be essential for health - pomegranates are being highly regarded these days for their healing properties, bananas are a good choice for the heart, but I do not care much for them...oh, I am useless to make such a decision... and so glad my life has not come to that.

I will never forget when I first tried a pomegranate. Weird looking fruit... very weird and then I bit into it and it was like.... POW. That little seed with all this flavor... like a cranberry on steroids. I've also learned like blueberries there is NO WAY to get out that stain. Want a red shirt use pomegranate juice it is just not coming out.
Cherries are awesome but very expensive (moreso than pomegranates here) and in season for such a short period of time. But when you get them right there is nothing better -- and it cures the gout.

I did not know that about cherries and gout! great information to have on hand should that problem arise! we used to pick a lot of sour cherries for pies and jams - but we only picked a small amount of the luscious sweet cherries as we did not use them for cooking - just great snacking. this made them ever so much more delightful - right now where we live we have a wild cherry tree, but the birds always get to the fruit before we can.

I heard somewhere that pineapple never goes bad... like canned or whatever. I have others who have said that indeed it does. I don't know I will have to do more research but I do love pineapples.
Watermelon... juicy, messy, sloppy, and darn good... we are talking watermelons right? Heh Watermelon is a great fruit.

My favorite fruit is probably Strawberies first & bananas/ Manogs second. I love strawberries. They are also incredibly healthy. They are supposed to be good at eliminating cancer cells along with the other berries( blueberries, rasberries, black rasberries, blackberries & cranberries).
They are sooooo good when fresh. Sweet and juicy. I love to cut them up and put sugar on them. Or leave whole dip in hot chocolate (Fondue) or cool whip.. YUM!!! Also a good romantic item hehe!

Strawberry banana. My favorite smoothie. You are absolutely right there are so many different fruits that have so much versatility, they taste great and they are good for you to boot. Even Chicago (our veggie friend) eats fruits! I wasn't into the chocolate (I am one of those who doesn't like chocolate and yes I have friends from Belgium so I have had REAL chocolate) but cool whip, strawberries, two people a bath...... oh I digress... yes very romantic. ***NOTE TO SELF*** Valentine's day is coming!

I think my favourite fruit would be watermelon or strawberries. But if I were to buy a smoothie, I rather have peaches. I guess I love all fruit though!

Even if a mango starts going a little soft, just peel it up put in the blender with ice and a little sugar a little milk some protein powder a couple strawberries some raspberries (oh a new one we haven't mentioned) and make yourself one great smoothie!
