i am a chinese. my english is poor.i am not quite sure that whether i can be understand well.
i have registered on "www.brandinst.com". it is a online survey website. several days ago, i received a invitation to participate a survey. when i have done the survey, i received a email which told me that i would be paid in 8 weeks. but i found i can never sign in the website from today morning. it says that my email is either inactive or not found in their database. who can tell me what happened? and what can i do? thank you a lot

The only think I can think of is that maybe you used different email address to sign up from the one you are using now. Try going to this page http://www.brandinstitute.com/panelmembers/forgot.asp and trying any email address you had before. I know I signed up with a couple sites before and forgot I used a different email address than my regular one.
Since you can't login you won't be able to contact them, but they do have a number that you can try contacting them through.... its the number in Tokyo, there are other numbers but I think you will get charged long distance or international calling since most of the numbers are in the US or Canada. So here is the Tokyo number: +81 (03) 6861-7517 and here is the fax number: +81 (03) 6861-7506. I hope that helps you, otherwise I don't really know what else I am able to do.

I don't think they cheated you, they are a very legit company. You should call and find out what happened to your account, I am sure they can resolve the login problem you are having. :)

This is a legit site and I have been paid by them too. Maybe you are not entering the correct email or password. I would just send them an email and see if they have made your account inactive for some reason or if you are infact entering the wrong info, only they will know what is going on. I hope you get it worked out so you too can enjoy the site.
