What websites do you make money from? Did you have to pay to access these websites or are they free?

I visit around 40 sites everyday and that cannot be listed and all are money eartning sites. On an average $5 per site is the earning. I work from home for 3 hours and the balance of 2 hours I can make it up at my own office which is within a few yards from home.
