56 dozen cookies is the most I have baked in a single day. It was about 3 years ago right before Christmas. I made several different kinds. I made chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, oatmeal scothies, peanut butter with toffee bits, and chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips. I made them for my sisters shop when all the shops on her street were having their cookie spree.

i've got you all beat, i've made over 3,000 cookies in one day. nine different varieties. we were making christmas gifts for both our offices and everyone got bags of cookies. worst part or best part i guess is that i made them in a convection microwave! so i could only get about 2 dozen in at a time. we started at 6 am and went allllllllll day every 13 mins another batch! everyone loved them though, they still ask for more

where in the world would you put that many cookies to cool? i sure as heck don't have anywhere near enough room to do that

I only can make about 28 - 30 dozen cookies in 1 single day. That is for 2 kinds of cookies. Normally I will bake the first kind during day and start with the second one at night. For this kind of baking, I make during the festival days like Eid day. Last year took me about 1 week to prepare about 10 kinds of cookies which consist of 14-15 dozen for each cookies. I think this year I will make more since my family - mom, niece, spouse, sister and the others love the cookies which I made. My normal kind of cookies would be almond london, pineapple tart, famous amos chocolate chip, lady finger, honey cornflakes,peanut butter etc.

thats alot of cookies. the ones i made was in about 4 hours after i got all my kids to sleep

BAck in my baking days (prior to a brain tumor) I started the day after Thanksgiving and did several batchs that could be frozen before baked, and then the week before christams, I made probably 15 different kinds of cookies with at least 3 dozen per cookie because I made cookie baskets for my family gifts. I threw in bread, muffins and even things like beef jerky! I loved it! Can't get the ambition these days! But sure do remember it being one of the best times of the year for me!

In one night I made like 8 dozen cookies. 4 dozen Gingerbread and 4 dozen peanut butter. I was up until like 3AM making them for my boyfriend.

I dont have the patience to make that many cookies in one night. I think the most I have made is about 3 dozen. Where to do you recipes to make such big batches?

i get alot of my recipes for alot of different stuff from www.allrecipes.com and as you look at the recipe there is a spot to adjust the recipe to the amount you want to make.
