Considering the advent of the internet, the availability of cable TV's, and other home grown entertainment, do people still have time to exercise? Despite the hectic schedule at work and the pleasures that we can readily enjoy at home, I was wondering if there are still people who religiously devote time in doing regular exercise or spend a few minutes in a week to do some stretching or jogging or walking etc. What do you think is the best exercise?

Wow, that is great. Not only you are enjoying but exercising as well. A study indicated that even walking 20 minutes a day for five days each week can improve the health. It will actually lower down the risk of hypertension and heart disease. Best to you and your health.

I work out 5 days a week. I acually work out in the evening. I like to do my workout at home while watching tv. Yes tv. I have weights ,bands and a stability ball. I also incorperate a kitchen chair into my workouts. I sometimes add my hula hoop and jump rope to my workout. I vary my workout every might. Once a week I turn on some music and do my dancersize workout. I also like yoga and pilaties. Most nights I work out almost 2 hours. So what is your workout routine?

dear jspo138 I think every person are doing little bit exercise in his/her daily life. Yes obviously I am also doing regular exercise. But my exercise is walking daily in both times i.e. early morning and evening. Regular exercise keeps you best health & spirit. The whole day you will be energized . Due to our busy & hectic life style we do not have any time to do regular exercise. Jogging, swimming, cycling and walking are best exercise to keep you slim & trim and also disease.
