Can there be another "GILCHRIST"

I dont think so... Not for a long time anyway. Brad Haddin is sure to take over the role of the australian wicketkepper for a while. What we really need is a young wicketkeeeper to emerge. I think that gilchrist had natural talent that could genually not be created.

Even I dont think there can be anyone who can replace adam gilchrist and take his position.I dont think Australia would ever get such a package who is a very good wicket keeper as well as very good and attcking batsman.Moreover he was a nice personality who won the hearts of many.

well it is hard to say whether we can get another onelike him. every player has his own way an his own style to play. he had a very unique way to play and that was very aggressive so that is why he became to popular. so this was he was very special. his offense was his best defense, so to get such a player is not the question. the point is will we get another player of his calibur. it is hard to find such a player for me. he was great player and also a person and i think AUs will miss him a lot.

I do not think there would be another Adam Gilchrist in cricket. Aussies will surely miss him a lot. I think Gilchrist is one of the best wicket batsman World had ever seen. Adam Gilchrist is not only a good striker of bowl, but is also one of the best man in the world. I like his idea of walking out when he is sure he is out. Ofcourse, it is not very easy for any player to reach to the high standards of Gilchrist. However, he is a natural talent and such talent is not found frequently. He is like a legend no doubts about it. Right now nobody is seen around his standards. However, who knows when some young talent will come up and make us feel that he is equal to the talents of Gilchrist.
