I am a volunteer firefighter/EMT. I was just wondering if anybody else was a firefighter and would be willing to discuss your departments. For example, what brand of trucks your station prefers, what apparatus youe station has, and what operations you do.

I am also a vol firefighter. I am a member of 3 vol fire companies. The companies are all engine companies and 1 has a rescue truck and one has an ambulance. Only one of the companies has a prefered truck and that is a pierce. They have been purchasing them for years.
