Overwhelmed by anger today

I was prescribed Welbutrin to quit smoking a few years ago. I had the identical reaction with that medication. It made me extremely irritable, and honnestly all a person had to do was look at me wrong, and I would get extremely angry. I suggest you get an appointment with your doctor immediately. You are not supposed to have a reaction like that to a medication. And most likely it is the medication that is causing it. Get to the doc, get checked out, and get a different med, or at least discontinue that one. I have heard of others who have had the very same reaction to Welbutrin. I was one of them. I stopped taking it and I was fine.

I know exactly how you feel. When I describe my condition, I say I am full of rage. For no reason at all. I pace the floor, go outside, walk and pray. Some times the above actions help. When all else fails, I take a pill to calm me down. I don't want to recommend any medicine for you, be sure to talk about your anger with your Dr. Welbutrin makes me too anxious. My Dr. has decreased my dosage. Breath deep, good luck.
