How often do you treat yourself?

Before I did my facial in every other month but now I rarely do it. I had been to a body massage and flower spa during my Bali trip, end of last year. Normally I will go for a five days vacation by the beach or on the hill 4 times for relaxation annually. It is worth to spend money for the vacation as I always feel robust after back from the trip.

I treat myself once a week by going for lunch at McDonalds, I just love to go myself and have lucnd, sit and relax and read their daily newspaper that they supply, it is just so relaxing, no computer, no phone, no housework, lovely.......
