To unwind I love to soak in a hot bubble bath in a bathroom lit with candles. Then I go to my room and read.

Ah, taking a nice warm bath with various salts in the water is my ideal way. Just relaxing in the tub with a nice book or music, with candles around the room. That is my dream way to unwind.
I also like mint tea to unwind with. The tea help me relax, with not only the smell but the taste is just so soothing. That goes with hot chocolate too. Combine both tea and a tub of water and you'd never get me out of the bathroom! lol

Gee, it could be "any of the above" depending on my mood and the circumstances except for going to the gym, because I don't belong to one and I'm afraid I can't afford it right now. I've been wanting to start though once I have the extra money because exercise is an excellent way to unwind. In the summer, I go to the pool and alternate between swimming a few laps and exercising in the water and sitting in the sun. That's my physical and emotional therapy; I only wish I were able to do it more than 3 months out of the year.

I tan for relaxation. I read when I go to bed at night. That helps me to get tired enough to go to sleep. Makes my eyes tired at least.
