love torn staff at a Japanese marketing company can take paid time off after a bad break-up with a partner, with more heartache leave on offer as they grow old.
a very welcome change for the teenager!
now the teenagers have a leave to cry themselves and return to work more relaxed and if not with a smiling face at least with some recovered mood!!
the same company also gives staff paid time off to hit the shops during sales season.
aye, this is really wonderful for the mothers who are tying to please their children and the lovers to woo their partners.
the company further says, not everyone is requires the maternity leave but everyone need time off when there is a heartbreak.
it is certainly true .
staff aged 24 years and younger may take one leave in a year for crying, between 25 -29 may take 2 days leave to cry and those older may take 3 days leave to cry.
what do you, sir?

Now this is something you don't hear everyday. Stories like this would not happen here. Wish they had that here, but then again there are companies that let employees a time off due to personal matters like say a man got divorce or going through a divorce so it doesn't effect his performance when he goes to work. It's always good to understand people's issues and if they are really that down it is best to encourage them and for them to have people in their life to cheer them up or so.
