I know I'm not getting enough. I'm usually up until midnight or one and I wake up when my kids get up around 8:00,

I don’t get enough sleep either lol. On working days I try to get at least 6-7 hours of sleep. On weekends, I try to catch up with my sleep and rest, therefore I sleep more coz I'm able to wake up late. Cant wait for the weekend to come! ;)

you are probably not getting enough sleep. but compared to me, I have a roomate who finishes work and gets home around 10pm he goes to sleep at 12 or 1am gets up to got to work again the next at 7 am and i'm still watching tv or doing somthing online he wonders if i've been up all day which i have, sometimes i only get 4 hours of sleep day
but if want to fall asleep fast, i found that nothing is like watching the joy of painting with those waccky noises of the brush against the canvass and the soothing voice of the late bob ross the great artist, the combination is too lethal for me it knocks me right out PEACE

I don't get much sleep either. I'm a student and I have two jobs. I'm trying to really manage my time to get my assignment completed and still have some free time (aka sleep time. I usually get around 4-5 hours of sleep and have to wake up at 8 am as well. Coffee is my source of energy.

Lately I have been staying up all night and sleeping all day. I average about 10-12 hours, to much sleep huh?
