I recently had an issue with my laptop and had to call Dell to get support. They are going to send me a part that I need to install into my computer. Meanwhile, I was worried that I might have to send my computer in. There is not much vital information on this computer, but it still worries me. The local news is going to be doing an expose on the news tomorrow with hidden software to monitor what technicians are doing. I definitely want to see that.
Do you worry if technicians look through your files when they are "repairing" your computer? I know it worries me a bit, but I guess not too much. What about you?

Well, whether it is technicians or data recovery specialists, they will be able to find whatever files are stored on your PC...
So its never a good idea to store compromising data on the system....but rather on an external hard disk
Nevertheless, I have spoken to data recovery specialists before...Apparently, they are bound by strict guidelines that customer's data is sensitive...They are only obliged to recover the data but not exposed them regardless of how compromising they can be...

If I were you, I maybe also worried about it.
You'd better move away the important files or borrow another computer.
