How many hours do you sleep?

Sleep is a good tonic for the body. Having a good night sleep makes the body feel relax. But over sleeping makes one feel idle.Getting at least 6 hours of sleep at night is more than enough. Taking a nap at noon energize the body. How may hours do you sleep.

on working days i sleep around 6-7 hours T___T ..wish i could sleep longer but what to do, gotta wake up in the morning to go to work. if i dont get enough sleep, at work i'll be so sleepy and restless. if i'm not working and on weekends i sleep really late and wake up late too, probably around 10 hours of sleep or more ;)

Mostly I sleep between 5 and 7 hours a day. On weekend I sleep much more. But the 5 or 7 hours I sleep are not enough to me so I am tired whole day often. I wish I could sleep 10 hours this would be fine.

I sleep 7 hours a day.
At weekend it may be 10 hours.
when I am not happy ,I always sleep earlier for sleeping can renew me.
