What Canon EOS is the best value for money in the second hand market?

Finally decided to go for an SLR Digital. The Canon EOS range seems to make the most sense, but what one should I buy? I am after the cheapest, but most results, so any advice would be helpful.

I have two used Canon digital cameras, a EOS 10D and a EOS D60. Both have given me very good service. I have older film EOS's and thier lens work with the digital cameras.

That seems to be the reason to go for Canon second hand,there are so many lens out there. I will have a look at both of those.
