ARE you HARD Worker or Smart worker

Though Iam not a complete smart worker but i do beleive tin smart working..because hard working is doing the same thing for a long time..but smartworking not different than hard working exept it has something to do with innovation and creativity..

Hard worker do not care to be smart during work. He or she concern with his or her work. He works hard to gain his or her goals. He are she does not waste the time on keeping himself smart. But smartness is also countable. I like to keep myself smart but I prefer to be a hard worker.
