How addicted are you?

I think ppl do get very addicted to facebook, even i did at one stage but now i find it a bit boring as its the same thing each day. i only go on there now to check my emails from friends. But i can understand why ppl do get hooked onto it!!

addiction is something bad, but i think in this case it might be a desire to communicate with people. many people, specifically students, use it as a method to contribute into a huge neighborhood of friends etc. it is a funny service with many other useful and nice applications.

LOL I wouldnt say I'm addicted to it..I love it without a doubt and have a great time over there but if I can't get in for a couple days or whatever I wont go snakey LOL.... I think ppl get so hook on Facebook because its so much fun..there are tons of great groups to join either on a global level or national or just local to your area, alot of the applications are fabulous and tons of fun, its a great way to hook up with old friends, make new ones and stay in touch with family etc etc...I have a blast over there myself....my kids really get a kick out of it too :-D

No, I wouldn't say I am addicted to it either. I do have an account there, but I put it hold for months, because I got aggravated over all the silliness on the so called funwalls and all the emails regarding it. I recently reactivated my account and found out how to deactivate the fun wall and mark my settings so that no emails come into my inbox regarding fun walls or applications. Only if I have friend requests, etc. Now I actually just visit the site every couple of days to see what is new on the news and minifeeds and what my friends have been up to with new pictures and that. I have my profile marked so that only my friends can see it and post about my main interes General Hospital (yep I hear ya laughing, lol). Bur now I can say I enjoy facebook for those reasons, but no I am certainly not addicted and I know most of my friends teenagers and what not who are active there, know the risks and are also not addicted.

I'm more addicted to myspace than I am to facebook, but I think it's addicting because it's such a good way to keep in contact with people, and that's what makes you want to be on it all the time. Also, there are a lot of things you can do on that site, so I think that's another thing that makes it addicting.
