Would you be willing to eat an exotic food, one whose ingredients you are not familiar with but surely edible? In my country we have what we call "balut" which is actually a boiled duck's egg whose embryo is still in the development stage. I've seen mixed reactions from foreigners when they try to eat it, some seem disgusted while some are adventurous enough to really eat it.
