Have ICC made the right decision by letting off Harbhajan???

we all know that the world of cricket has been struck by the 'race row' and bhajji was convicted of calling symonds a 'monkey'.today ICC decided that bhajji was not guilty....but at the same time deducted 50% of his match fee....isn't that contradicting???

well yes why not i htink justice is finally doen to him and i hope this time he can let go all the thoughts and perform well in the one day series so that we can win it.
