Have you ever won a contest off the internet?

So, I'm laying in bed this morning and my sister sends me a text message "I won a Wii".. I called her up and she won two Nintendo Wii's from iCoke.ca She was one of the 12 winners and she answered the skill testing question right! I was so happy and so excited because she said she was going to give me one. I've never won anything off the internet myself, but my sister wins all kinds of things; from gift cards to ...well now a Nintendo Wii. Have you won anything off the internet?

Well, I never won anything from off of the internet, but I do have emails saying that i won a ipod or cash, but those are mostly lies.

I agre with you Crazylife, havent either won anything off any internet contest or lottery, and i dont care about any emails i get that says ive won this and that, its normally either a lie or a scam so why bother.

Not so much now but years ago I was always entering free competitions on the net, there are actually websites dedicated to listing competitions winning everything from money to clothes, holidays to food hampers! I used to win quite a bit, my best win was a colour television a big one too! I have also won cash which is very useful, clothes and tonnes of books, dvds and cds. I used to sell them on Ebay if I didn't want them, signed stuff went for a lot! Now I can hardly win a thing, I guess entering competitions has become so popular, more people entering less chances to win!

no, but a son of a friend of ours always is entering contests online and he won a years supply of pasta! i am not sure what else he has won... but the moral of the story is that you have to enter to win eh?

I won a contest from a blog a few weeks ago. It was a book on SQL troubleshooting. I ended up giving it to my boyfriend so he can use it where he works. That's pretty much all I've won online, though, unfortunately. Where does your sister find all these places to enter contests? I would love to try for some prizes.
