A fetus found in the ladies CR in Malacañang Palace

I cant imagine how can a mother abort her child. After months of taking care of all her actions to ensure the wellness of pregnancy and for the baby, she has now no fear of losing her own heart and soul. But what bothers me most is how did the lady got entered the malacañang palace (house of the President). Of all places why did she chose to abort the baby in that place? Poor fetus, you should have be the next President!
