Do you use coupons at the grocery store?

i do sometimes but only when it's something i need or am going to get already. otherwise you're not really saving anything if you buy something you don't need or going to the store for.

Dreamsncharms, you are smart for using coupons. I get coupons from where ever I can internet, sundays paper. Also for if you go onto the websites say for instant you but Crest Toothpaste and you go on that website and leave a comment how you like there product a month later they will send you an awesome coupon not like the one you will find in the papers either. I don't use it. It doesn't exit in my local. If I visit Thailand, I will get a new one and use it at Macro supermarket.

Yes I usually do use coupons when I go grocery shopping. They usually have coupons are the front of the store so I will look at them before I begin my shopping. Sometimes they have good deals, other times they don't really have any good deals. So in all honesty it all does depend upon what I am buying that week & if they have any coupons that I will be putting to good use to help us out with our groceries. I as well will get those valupack coupons through the mail or will sign up online to receive some coupons within the mail. And I find they send more coupons that I will use at the grocery store compared to the coupons that they have at the front of the grocery store that I go to. I find if I wasn't to use some of the coupons that I receive through the mail that.. Our grocery bill would end up being even higher then it usually is. I find using coupons is the smart thing to do instead of having to pay for a bill that could have been less due to coupons if I would have used them. I know that there has been times where I hadn't used any coupons at all.. And in all honesty it ended up with me having to dish out a few more dollars because I didn't end up using coupons.. In conclusion, I find I try to use coupons each time that I go to purchase groceries because.. I am always trying to find new ways to save money, but also.. Get groceries that are worth the money I may be spending.. I think coupons are a smart way of saving money, but sometimes.. It's difficult to use coupons when some of the grocery outlets don't put any coupons out.. That a lot of people who buy groceries will use. I think grocery outlets need to look at what a large majority of people are buying when they go grocery shopping.. And that they should try to put more coupons out that will accommodate a lot of people who shop at that specific store in general..

I don't use them very often either unless they are the ones displayed at the store above the item. It's just not something I really think about although I should use more as well as it could save me some money.

I always cut out coupons when I see them but very seldom actually remember to take them with me when I go for my groceries . Like you I should because it would make a bit of a difference when I got to the cash but for some reason I never think of it when I go somewhere . I used to carry some with me in my purse and still wouldn't remember until after I left the store .

no biggie! did you know you pay tax on them! i didnt know... i used one .25 cent coupon just cuz it was therre in the store... and ended up paying 8 cents on it, lol i guess if you have a lot it can help... i just use my shopper's card and save :)
