Do you greet them?

When your husband or wife gets home from work, do you greet them at the door? I hadn't thought of it much until I heard a 2nd male friend of mine complain that their wife didn't greet them at the door. Both of them now divorced. I wonder if this is a common complaint for a lot of people. Do you like to be greeted? What about your spouse/bf/gf, do you greet them if you are home before them?

I am usually cooking when my husband wanders in the door, so he usually walks into the kitchen as gives me a kiss. I have never really thought about it either. He has never complained so I do not think he has a problem.

Sounds like he greets you just as much as you greet him. That's great to hear. Thanks for your response and have a great day posting!

My hubby and I both kiss one another when we get home and leave. Hes more grumpy or whiney if he dont get kissed. I joke about it if he doesnt be he gets upset and truly pouty if I dont. I usually stay up longer then him and we kiss one another goodnight before he goes into the bedroom. I beleive iin the saying "You dont always know if you have tomm or even 10 min. from now" so I also kiss him unless in HUGE hurry and also tell him and my kids I love them lots of times a day especially when they leave or I am leaving.

That's great that you think about stuff like that. I believe if more people would think that way the world would be a nicer place to be. Thanks for posting and have a great day!

No, I don't greet him at the door but I do see him off in the mornings. If it is not too cold I go outside and see him off if I don't go out at least I am in the living room with him when he leaves and I am in there waiting when he comes home or in the kitchen.

my hubby usually comes home from work, gets all his work clothes off & gives me & the baby a kiss before he either jumps in the shower or i start making dinner.
